Dr. Erin Maher

Dr. Erin Maher, former post-doctoral scholar in the Gipson Lab, moved to Tuscon! Erin published numerous papers, presented talks at several conferences, and won many awards during her time in the lab. Good luck to Erin in her future endeavors!!

Grace Breakfield

Dr. Jonna Leyrer-Jackson

Dr. Leyrer-Jackson was a post-doctoral fellow in the lab from 2018-2020. She is now an Assistant Professor at the Phoenix campus of Creighton University.

Dr. Mark Namba

Mark Namba received his Masters degree from the lab in 2019. He is now a post-doctoral scholar at Drexel University.

Dr. Gregory Powell

Dr. Greg Powell was a post-doctoral scholar in the lab from 2016-2018. He is now a biosafety officer at Arizona State University.

Dr. Shailesh Khatri

Dr. Khatri transitioned to a PI position at Oklahoma State University in November 2023.
